The Ministry of Lands has announced plans to revoke all illegally issued title deeds with Nairobi, Coast and Ngong being the most affected regions. In the wake of increased cases of land disputes, the Ministry admitted that hundreds of title deeds had been faked and others illegally issued by cartels working with government officers.
The Ministry of Land will invalidate all title deeds that were fraudulently issued.
