In a land mark ruling by Justice John Mativo, the Government is now required to disclose details of the SGR contract between Kenya and the Chinese government. Two petitioners had filed the case arguing that in line with the constitution it was their right to know the fine prints of the multi-billion shillings rail project especially from the Ministry of Transport.
