Members of Parliament have directed the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service, KUCCPS, to furnish them with a list of institutions of higher learning that owe the agency more than 500 million shillings. Elsewhere, the office of the Attorney General has developed two draft regulations that seek to provide clarity in the transition from university to legal profession for aspiring advocates.
