Members of Parliament have vowed not to pass the supplementary budget due in two weeks if the national treasury does not release their constituency development funds immediately. The legislators are also demanding that treasury CS Njuguna Ndun’gu be summoned before the NGCDF committee to explain why the funds are taking too long to be released. This has been occasioned by an unsatisfactory statement given by the CS through the majority leader on the same.
