A multi- sectoral team has resolved to use The soft approach in dealing with the banditry menace in Baringo County. Speaking at Kenya school of Government during the Governors round table meeting, participants urged the government to consider changing the strategy to incorporate establishment of schools to break the cycle of illiteracy that would in turn end banditry in the region and help realize sustainable peace in the North Rift.
