Mulu: Ruto’s government is performing below expectations

Kitui Central MP Makali Mulu has criticised President William Ruto’s administration, saying its performance is far below expectations. Speaking on a local TV station on September 15, 2025, Mulu argued that there is a huge gap between the Kenya Kwanza coalition’s campaign promises and their actual delivery, estimating that the government has achieved only about 5 per cent of what it pledged.
