The national authority for the campaign against alcohol and drug abuse has officially launched its 5 year strategic plan for the year 2023-2027. While making his remarks during the official launch, NACADA CEO, Antony Omerikwa says the strategic plan with the vision calls for the increased allocation of resources from the government and other partners to effectively implement the mandates of the plan.
