The Nairobi county government has pledged to create rehabilitation and treatment centers for alcohol and drug addicts in the city. Speaking during the inauguration of the new Nairobi City County alcoholic drinks control and licensing board, Nairobi deputy governor, Njoroge Muchiri said that the move was arrived at due the high cases of people abusing alcohol in the city.
