Nairobi hospital officials charged over alleged register tampering

Four officials linked to the management of Kenya Hospital Association Limited, Job Lukuru Obwaka, Chris Bichange Munga, Samson Mbuthia Kinyanjui, and Valarie Akinyi Gaya were released on a 5 million shillings bond after pleading NOT guilty to charges. The four are facing charges of conflict of interest, unlawful receipt of benefits, and failure to comply with financial reporting requirements. And as Seth Olale reports, there was drama at the Milimani Law Courts Parking Lot where the accused persons were detained for 6 hours, prompting defense Lawyers to procure an Ambulance to attend to their clients who needed urgent medical attention.
