The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) has confirmed the arrest of Nairobi Central Police Station OCS, Samson Tallam, in connection with the death of 31-year-old blogger Albert Ojwang. IPOA revealed that Ojwang was booked at the station while alive but was later rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
