Nanyuki residents celebrates 100 years since its elevation by colonialists

    Residents of “Kwa Mbuzi” in Nanyuki county are calling on the county government to rename the area as they marked 100 years since it was elevated into a town by the colonialists. The residents are decrying the continued lack of a proper sewer line, insecurity and unfulfilled promises by the county government. The celebrations are expected to spill over to Jamhuri day.
