The National Assembly Committee on implementation has issued fresh summons to the Principal Secretary in the State Department for Medical Services Harry Kimtai. This is after he failed to appear before the committee which is probing implementation of recommendations from an audit report on the utilization of COVID-19 funds by the Kenya Medical Supplies Agency. The committee has since directed him to appear before them in three weeks.
