The National Police Service (NPS) has disowned a woman seen on a viral video harassing a reveller in an entertainment joint. In the video, the woman, who claims to be a police officer attached with the Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) is seen threatening a fellow woman with arrest claiming she can search her phone, bag and even house. NPS spokesperson Bruno Shioso has clarified that the lady officer is actually an ‘enforcement officer’ working for Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) and not a police officer.
