Former Budget Committee Chair Ndindi Nyoro has raised the alarm over what he terms as questionable borrowing by Treasury , risky use of pension funds and critical shortfalls in the national budget. Nyoro demanded clarity on how much the country is borrowing, the interest rate, repayment period and total cost of the monies by maturity.
