    Differences between the national police service commission NPSC and the national police service played out today in parliament as the CEO of the NPSC Peter Lelei, told the National Assembly Public Accounts Committee that the NPS, led by the Inspector General of police, Douglas Kanja, had denied them access to police payroll records to conduct audit reviews of police officers.
