The National Syndemic Disease Control Council (NSDCC) has roped men in the fight against syndemic diseases which are causing serious problems in Counties. Speaking during a meeting in Kericho County, NSDCC South Rift Principal Programmes Officer Nixon Chepkwony said most programmes are targeting women, leaving behind men who can play a major role in reducing diseases in the communities. They have organized a men summit bringing together Counties of Kericho, Nandi, Uasin Gishu, Baringo and Nakuru, which will be held in North Rift.
