The residents of Nyeri have expressed their disappointment with the swearing-in of Kithure Kindiki as the thirteenth deputy president of the Republic of Kenya after their son Rigathi Gachagua was impeached. However, these residents have asked President Ruto not to isolate them in his economic plans while hoping that the judiciary will allow Gachagua to continue being in active politics.
