OECD flags weak enforcement despite strong competition laws in Kenya

The country’s competition law framework has long been recognised as one of the more developed in Africa, but a new review by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, OECD, says the country must now strengthen enforcement, funding and institutional capacity to match its legal ambitions.
