Cooperatives and MSMEs Development cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Oparanya has warned he will bolt out of the government if the Kenya kwanza administration fails to implement his ideas. Addressing congregants at Church of God in South B, Oparanya however said he will lead the ministry in supporting small and medium scale traders to create jobs especially for the youth. And as Giverson Maina reports, the political realignments occasioned by the cabinet appointments to some of ODM’s leaders have ruffled leaders in the party and upset its status as the opposition party.
