Opposition accuses Ruto of failing to deliver on promises

Opposition leaders say the Kenya Kwanza government has failed to deliver on its mandate and is hoodwinking Kenyans with the recent wave of empowerment projects overseen by leaders allied to the president. Speaking in Voi, Kalonzo Musyoka accused the government of not only failing to deliver on its mandate, but also hoodwinking Kenyans. Laura Otieno now reports on the opposition's continued onslaught.
