Ten per cent of the world's female population are experiencing disruption every month during their menstrual periods owing to a condition known as endometriosis, which is painful monthly periods. Besides the pain the condition is prohibitive. health care practitioners are now asking the government to factor the treatment and management of endometriosis into the new social health insurance fund.
