Panic in Mandera as leaders claim Jubaland forces present

Murkomen says claims that foreign troops have invaded Kenyan territory are misleading, insisting those sighted in Mandera are Somali citizens fleeing conflict across the border. Mandera Senator Ali Roba and local leaders are warning of a grave violation of sovereignty and demanding urgent action.
