Parliamentary committee orders TSC to release all school certificates

The national assembly committee on education has ordered the release of all school certificates to students who have been denied by school heads, with the chairperson, Julius Melly, giving a 20-day notice to TSC to ensure all school heads comply. Melly says the government pays for examination fees and that no student should be punished by school heads.
