Police launch manhunt after abduction of 16-year-old girl in Turkana

Police in Turkana County have launched a manhunt for a suspect linked to the abduction of a 16-year-old girl, following a swift operation that also led to the recovery of an AK-47 rifle. According to the National Police Service (NPS), officers from Lorugum Police Station responded after members of the public reported that an armed man had stormed a home in Kaapus location and attempted to take the minor by force.
