Klinzy Baraza, a police officer caught on a viral video shooting a mask vendor, Boniface Kariuki, has been charged with murder. Baraza denied the murder charge when he appeared before Justice Kanyi Kimondo after he was declared fit to stand trial. Justice Kimondo has directed that the bail application be heard on the 18th of August. He also directed that the Bail application to be filed within 7 days and the family of the victim reply to the application within 7 days.
