The second leg of the Kenya Volleyball Federation women's league continued today with two matches at the Kasarani Indoor Arena. DCI were in ruthless form against kenya army, winning in straight sets. The opening set was close, but the detectives got the better of the soldiers in a 25-20 win. Kenya’s army lost the momentum in the second set to go down 25-15. The soldiers were totally subdued in the third set, which was quickly won by DCI 25-14 to take the match 3-0. In the second match of the day, Postbank shocked KDF 3-1 in a match played at the same venue. Postbank won the first two sets 25-18 and 25-23, before KDF took the third set 21-25. The deciding set was a tight one, but Postbank eventually won 25-22.
