President William Ruto has waded into the puzzle over the abduction of billionaire businessman and chairman of the Rai Group of companies. Jaswant Rai who was kidnapped in broad daylight on Friday evening by three armed men in Kilimani area, Nairobi. Speaking during his ongoing tour of Western Kenya, President Ruto mentioned the missing businessman by name and appeared to associate Rai with those he described as cartels sabotaging government plans to revive the sugar sector in western region.
