President Ruto on a 4 day state visit of the USA

President William Ruto has this evening travelled to the United States of America for a four-day state visit to advocate for more investments in Kenya, coming almost two decades later since such a visit by former president the late Mwai Kibaki, and the first African President since 2018. This comes amid speculations of a fallout between Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua, with the statehouse going ahead to dismiss the allegations, with the DP taking charge in the absentia of the President
