President Ruto: Adherence to the law is key in the fight against terrorists

    President William Ruto says without peace, security and the rule of law, other rights in the constitution like the freedom of expression will be undermined. In the meeting with the Regional, County and Deputy County Commissioners, at the Kenya School of Government Lower Kabete in Nairobi County, President Ruto directed the National Government Administration Officers in coordination with other security agencies to ensure the rule of law is adhered to so as to weed out terrorists and bandits who have led to loss of life and property.
