President Ruto calls on opposition not to hold demos

President William Ruto has called on the opposition to refrain from holding demonstrations. The president’s sentiments are coming a day after Azimio leader Raila Odinga called for countrywide meetings aimed at halting the ouster process of the 4 IEBC commissioners that differed with their chair during the August general election. Azimio has since called a parliamentary group to discuss the way forward in saving the famous Cherera four.
