President William Ruto has directed all semi autonomous commercial government institutions to be remitting 80 percent of their next profits after tax to the National Treasury. The president who met chairpersons and Chief Executive Officers of Parastatals at State House, Nairobi, said the institutions belong to Kenyans who should get returns for their investment.
