The first batch of 400 Kenyan police officers has been deployed to Haiti for United Nations Peace Mission. President William Ruto flagged off the contingent at the National Police College Embakasi, campus in Nairobi. The Head of State expressed confidence that the officers selected based on their integrity, professionalism and capabilities will work alongside their counterparts from other countries to help restore peace in the conflict-ridden Caribbean nation.
