Actions taken by President Ruto with immediate effect after budget cuts occasioned by withdrawal of Finance Bill 2024

📌Budgets for Office of the First Lady, Spouse of Deputy President, and Spouse of Prime Cabinet Secretary will be removed. 📌Budget for renovations across Gov't reduced by 50% 📌Public Servants who attain retirement age of 60 shall immediately proceed on retirement with no extensions whatsoever 📌Purchase of new motor vehicles by Gov't is suspended for 12 months except for security agencies📌All non-essential travels by state and public officers is suspended 📌No state officer or public servant shall participate in public contributions or harambees going forward. #TV47News
