President Ruto says hospitals involved in SHA fraud to face prosecution

President William Ruto has announced that hospital owners whose licences were revoked for fraudulently benefiting from the Social Health Authority (SHA) will face prosecution. He said the licence withdrawals are just the first step in enforcing accountability, adding that the hospitals will be required to refund the misappropriated funds before court action is taken
