The President termed the shift from NHIF to Taifa care as fundamental and radical in both scale and character and it will ensure very Kenyan access quality and affordable healthcare. Ruto spoke Thursday when he delivered his third State of the Nation address at a Joint sitting of parliament said the new system if fully automated removing any human inference to seal corruption loopholes.
