Prof. Njuguna Ndung’u: To ease the cost of doing business and minimize compliance costs for MSMEs, the Competition Authority of Kenya will exclude the MSME sector from merger notifications, thus enabling startups, and digital businesses, among others. Further, the authority will monitor and conduct surveillance audits specifically in manufacturing and agro-processing sectors to protect MSMEs from incidences and abuse of buyer power
