Professor Kithure Kindiki began his career as a law lecturer at Moi University and University of Nairobi in the early 2000’s. In 2023, Professor Kindiki made a stab at politics becoming Tharaka-Nithi’s first senator under the 2012 constitution and was also reelected in 2017. His stardom saw him appointed by President William Ruto as Interior cabinet Secretary in 2022 becoming one of the key figures in the Kenya Kwanza administration. Giverson Maina reports.
