Principal Secretary for Devolution Teresia Mbaika has called on Kenyan youth to actively participate in the country’s devolution agenda, emphasizing the numerous opportunities available in this sector. Speaking at the Youth Devolution Festival held at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, Mbaika urged young people to "take up space" in devolution efforts and contribute to national development. During the Festival, Kenyans were urged to play an active role in combating gender based violence. The festival highlighted the vital role youth play in driving Kenya’s devolution agenda and fostering sustainable development.
