Public participation begins on the future of NG-CDF

Members of the public across the country are are backing a bill seeks to entrench the National Government Constituencies Development Fund, The National Government Affirmative Action Fund and the senate oversight fund into law, citing benefits reaped from NGCDF and NGAAF over the years. The public participation set to be conducted in all 290 legislative units for the next three days, comes amid opposition to the Bill by ODM leader Raila Odinga
