Publishers warn Grade 11 textbook printing could stall over unpaid bills

The Kenya Publishers Association has warned that the printing of Grade 11 textbooks for 2027 could stall if the government fails to settle pending bills amounting to 9.5 billion shillings before the close of the current financial year.
