Coalition leader Raila Odinga insists that they have been following the law in all their activities and have no plans of wreaking havoc in the country, and in a bid to raise opposition to President Ruto's move to raise taxes, Odinga has announced that Saba Saba rallies will now take place across the country and will be used to launch a signature collection drive against the Finance Act.
