Raila faults the Kenya Kwanza for the seemingly late intervention in the Shakahola massacre

Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga has faulted the Kenya Kwanza government for its seemingly late intervention in the Shakahola massacre. Odinga has further accused the state of allegedly hiding the truth behind its involvement in the massacre, terming Statehouse as another Shakahola annex. He also demanded that the government should give the media full access to the scene of the crime and the ongoing investigations. Odinga further maintains that President William Ruto's move to appoint a judicial commission to probe the Shakahola massacre is unconstitutional and should instead be done by the government.
