Interior Cabinet secretary Kithure Kindiki says plans are underway to reopen the Kenya-Somalia border that was closed 10 years ago. Kindiki said infrastructural works are ongoing at the customs office. Speaking during a tour of Mandera county, Kindiki urged the locals to collaborate with security agencies to neutralize the threat posed by terrorism.
