The Government in collaboration with other stakeholders is working to finalize the development of regulations to operationalize the children Act 2022.Speaking in Muranga, the Directorate of Children Services Director George Migosi stated that the development of the rules and procedures necessary for guiding the court in implementing the ACT have been finalized. He said the regulations are awaiting public participation slated to be conducted in less than six months.
