Renson Ingonga appointed new DPP

President William Ruto has appointed Renson Ingonga as the new DPP, the move comes after his appointment was approved by Parliament.

Ingonga will be taking over from Noordin Haji, who is now the current director of the national intelligence service, he is expected to serve for a period of eight years.
