Roads often used by school-going children may soon have the speed limit for motorists capped at 30 kilometers per hour. This follows a proposition by NTSA for inclusion in the traffic act that seeks to promote safe driving and avoid accidents involving children. The traffic review act set to be complete by June this year is also set to bring with it new regulations to instill behavior change among pedestrians.
