Hours after tenants in a Ruiru building were ordered to vacate by the Kiambu county government, the five-storey building came tumbling down in the wee hours of Monday morning. The building had allegedly developed huge cracks causing tenants to raise an alarm. This is the second building to collapse in Kiambu within one week. No one was hurt in the incident with the over 200 tenants having been safely evacuated Sunday.
