President William Ruto has hailed the East African Community as the destination for investment and the continent’s peace and security hub. The Head of State who addressed the East African Legislative Assembly in Nairobi also asked members states to fully implement the political federation, the fourth pillar of East African integration that allows member states to establish a regional force for enhancing peace. President Ruto used the meeting to root for the candidature of Raila Odinga for the African Union Commission Chairperson.
