The rise of artificial intelligence requires a borderless security strategy to combat multiple digital threats such as sophisticated identity theft and impersonation. This was the message by President William Ruto to Kenya defense forces cadets during their graduation ceremony held in Nairobi. Ruto challenged the new recruits to be alive to the changing security landscape owing to the rise in digital technology such as denial of service attacks and other associated risks.
