Tonight, President William Ruto has established an eleven-member multi-agency team to coordinate the war against corruption. The president says the move is part of a broader effort to reinforce the war against corruption as a whole-of-government initiative. Independent offices, such as the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, will now be required to nominate representatives to the team, which will be headed by an official from the Executive Office of the President.
